Pelican hosted an employee engagement event on 5 June at the Guildford Cricket Club that enabled all Pelican staff to be involved in shaping the future of the company.

The event presented an opportunity for all Pelican staff to voice their ideas for improvements and also receive feedback from leadership about any upcoming projects.

Sue Peat, People & Engagement Manager at Pelican, said:

“We are committed to evolving a workplace where cares and concerns are transparently shared between the leadership and employees.

Our employee engagement days create a great opportunity where we take time out to share, listen and learn and have fun doing what we are great at.

The event is just one of our ways of enabling employees to share.

Pelican have also launched an Employee Engagement Committee, which plays a vital role in ensuring employees are fully involved, engaged and contributing to our business plans and ideas. The EEC provides a forum to positively influence the leadership team in how we meet our clients’ needs”
