Anna-Maria Holt, Company Dietitian and Simona Hardy, Marketing Manager at Pelican delivered a workshop – “A practical guide to prove to parents your menu is best” – at the ISBA Catering Conference, which took place at the British Medical Association in London on 21 February.
Parents are more aware and interested than ever in their children’s diet and health. As a result, independent schools are under increasing pressure to demonstrate that their school food service is nutritious and of the best quality.
This practical workshop equipped catering managers with a simple framework which will help them provide evidence to parents, pupils and the governing body that their school food provision meets the highest standards.
