Pelican’s company Dietitian Anna-Maria Holt will be delivering an Allergen Legislation Update and Guidance session at the Care Home & Hospital Catering Forum on Monday 18th November at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington.
Allergen management is highly topical, not least due to recent changes in legislation, and the growing need to provide food that’s safe for people with allergies. Anna will run through the issues specific to care settings – sharing best practice, and practical approaches to ensure dietary requirements are being met.
