Pelican supported the CUBO association as a Golden Partner at the CUBO Winter Conference which took place in Leeds from Wednesday 28th to Thursday 29th November 2018.
The Pelican team Michelle Parnham and Simona Hardy who attended the event met with many Universities and learnt about their key challenges relating to food pricing, GP margins and automated systems supporting catering operations.
The conference programme, especially the discussion panels where CUBO members directly and openly shared their challenges, pressure points, worries and best practice were extremely useful.
