Avendra International, a leading procurement and supply chain solutions provider, has secured a new three-year contract with The Alnwick Garden, a renowned visitor destination and registered charity in Northumberland, England.
The Alnwick Garden offers a range of immersive attractions, from the iconic Poison Garden and the spectacular Grand Cascade water feature to Lilidorei, home to the world’s largest outdoor play structure. Its hospitality offering includes the Pavilion Café, a Bakery, the Groggery Food Huts, and the renowned Treehouse Restaurant, one of the largest of its kind, regularly hosting weddings and corporate events throughout the year.
Under the new agreement, Avendra International will deliver a tailored procurement solution to The Alnwick Garden team, including access to its advanced eProcurement platform, Pi. The partnership aims to drive cost savings, streamline supplier management, and enhance visibility and control across the entire food and beverage operations.
A core element of the collaboration is sustainability – with initiatives focused on reducing carbon emissions, minimising food waste, and aligning with market trends to support the Alnwick Garden’s long-term environmental goals.
