The exclusive one-day catering event took place on Wednesday 10 June 2015 at Aston Villa FC in Birmingham.
Over 80 delegates and 30 suppliers attended the Roadshow and the feedback received has been fantastic.
The event provided them with the opportunity to update their knowledge with seminars covering: School Food Plan and Allergen Labeling, Special Diets, New Tools for Caterers and Sharing Best Practice.
The supplier trade show offered delegates an opportunity to see and taste a wide variety of produce from a range of suppliers. Regional produce, new concepts, products that are compliant with The School Food Plan and products that are suitable for special diets all featured.
Furthermore, delegates also gained inspiration from a live cookery demonstration and networked with their fellow caterers. The event ended with a complimentary “behind the scenes tour” of Aston Villa’s grounds.
