What’s New 

This new organisation will combine Avendra’s robust North American operations with Aramark’s expansive global footprint in 15 countries. Additionally, we’re integrating the hospitality supply chain resources of Pelican Procurement Services, Expert Cost Control, Trinity Purchasing, and First Choice Purchasing, which are key players across Europe, to form Avendra International.

To begin the sourcing piece, we work closely with our clients to assess their needs and develop a strategic plan that meets those needs and works within their budgetary and time targets. With this information, our experts begin analysing your sourcing options within our global network. 

We’ll examine our supplier partners based on your property’s specific needs and budget targets. We’ll consider factors including price, availability, delivery and setup options, sustainability certifications, maintenance availability, and our overall experience with each supplier. 

Diverse Suppliers 

Supplier diversity creates value, opportunity, and economic impact. We are proud to partner with a broad network of small organisations and businesses owned and operated by minorities, women, and other diverse populations.  

Avendra International has a centralised, enterprise-wide programme to identify potential diverse and small suppliers to serve hotels. We actively recruit diverse businesses, educate our employees on contracting goals, and provide a database of registered and certified diverse and small businesses. 

We’ll assist with contract negotiations once we’ve identified your supplier options. We’ll help you determine whether a long-term or short-term contract is in your hotel’s best interest. We’ll consider the needs of the various brands within your chain and negotiate to maintain their unique brand integrity.
