We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive – Europe to join our European Marketing team and directly support the Senior Marketing Executive in delivering impactful marketing activities. This role is focused on driving brand awareness and supporting new business growth across Europe. You will be home based but must be willing to commute to our UK Hampshire office and other locations for events across Europe when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Marketing Executive, you will support:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and industry conferences, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • PR and Brand Awareness: Manage PR campaigns and build strong relationships with media partners to enhance our brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and effective content for digital platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Maintain and update website content, optimise for SEO, and monitor digital campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine and improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in the services sector or equivalent experiences
  • You will have a background in managing events and PR campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • A self-starter attitude with a proactive and “can-do” approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Working in B2B service sectors would be beneficial – preferred
  • Other European languages would be plus!
